Here is a summary of my running this week:
Sunday - 10.5 miles at easy pace, 9000' altitude
Monday - off
Tuesday - 6.7 miles, including a 5k race in 19:47, plus warmup/cooldown
Wednesday - off
Thursday - 7.2 miles, with 5000 in 21:03 (T-pace), plus 4x200 at R-pace
Friday - 7.3 miles, with 3x1200 at T-pace, 2x1200 at I-pace, 4x200 at R-pace
Saturday - off
TOTAL - 31.7 miles
Another quality week, with a new PR in the 5k as a bonus!
